From T&C :-

1 winner will receive a trip to Singapore including return flights and 4 nights accommodation at 4 star hotel, to fly between 01/02/2019 and 30/11/19, excluding bank holidays, and midterm breaks.

1 winner will be randomly selected on 15 November 2018 by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from valid entries received during the entry period.

Winners will be notified by email on 30 November 2018 and will be given instructions on how they can receive their Prize.

The Winner will forfeit the Prize if he/she does not claim the Prize by contacting Charles & Keith within [21] days of it being made available for his/her collection.

Charles & Keith reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, likeness and county of the Winner or to publicise the Competition or the prize-giving presentation, in any and all media that Charles & Keith desires, after the date of the Competition close date and within a year of this date.

I'm not sure she understood the question right or if she thought I meant can I enter twice, but seems safer to assume that if I won my poor HB would have to stay at home, so not this time
