    Ok so I've now received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing).

    I have a question regarding the Witness Statement. My letter states that mine should 'set out the witness's evidence clearly in numbered paragraphs on numbered pages'

    That sounds exactly the same as the Defence statement which I've already completed. What is the difference? I assumed a witness statement is me saying what happened and why I parked where I did.
