Options
Hi i have had a letter from arrow global and no payments have been made for 2 years. They said no extra charges have been made an it was an error not sending out statements to me. Ti be honest i though it was settled as part of my dmp?

  • Check your DMP.

And check all 3 of your credit files to see what they show.
  • not on my credit file. I have found out it wasn't settled but why no contact for 2 years?
    Thanks in advance

Debt collection can be a very long process at times, things get overlooked, companies tend to concentrate on accounts that make them money, there is always a reason why, its also no coincidence that a lot of accounts about to go statute barred, suddenly end up with court claims.

  • I have to pay them but they don't hold the initial debt. Will they default me now if i don't pay what step change was paying?

    Hi,

Just looking at your recent two threads. Has something happened that has impacted your ability to keep to your dmp payments? How many accounts are you struggling with?

Edit: And yes, they can default you if you don't keep to your dmp arrangement.
