Check your DMP.
And check all 3 of your credit files to see what they show.0 -

Debt collection can be a very long process at times, things get overlooked, companies tend to concentrate on accounts that make them money, there is always a reason why, its also no coincidence that a lot of accounts about to go statute barred, suddenly end up with court claims.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I have to pay them but they don't hold the initial debt. Will they default me now if i don't pay what step change was paying?0

Hi,
Just looking at your recent two threads. Has something happened that has impacted your ability to keep to your dmp payments? How many accounts are you struggling with?
Edit: And yes, they can default you if you don't keep to your dmp arrangement.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0
