Your defence leads with poor particulars, same as any GS / BW Legal / et al defence. Theyre all terrible.

You can, but if they provide P&D machine logs showing no ticket was purchased, it would make you look rather foolish. You know no ticjket was purchased, and if they find this thread (not hard to do so ) THEY know it as well. Lying in court isnt good, neither is getting themt o prove something you know the answer to.
