If just those 3 PCNs and all the fake added costs (except the hearing & court filing fee) are wiped out then that alone is surely over £500 of it, a third.

And if you win on the other points of law as well, as this Judge has erred, then you MIGHT pay nothing at all. AND potentially get your costs back too, for attending 2 hearings...

If it were me I would always regret not trying, having come this far as a couple against this scam. A county court Judge getting it wrong didn't put Ms Jopson off.

I would not want to look back on this year at Christmas time and regret not trying the appeal, that's what it's there for, to correct errors by Judges.
