had it for just over a year and now it keeps not recording things. i presume we're out of warrenty but i'm not paying for another box,
any ideas on where we stand? or what the problem could be?

Don't think you will be covered anymore but when my box did the same after a similar period of time I contacted Customer Services who told me that an Engineer could come and have a look if I paid £60. I said that I wasn't happy to pay the fee so asked them to put me through to disconnections. Anyway a short phone call later the fee was waived, I was still a customer and the engineer replaced the box.:T0
