Trustnet for fund updates. Beware using the articles as the only way to choose funds, they tend to be highlighting a handful of funds compared to sector averages which may not be the best performers but nevertheless worth reading.

I see no need to keep abreast of the latest financial news as by the time i receive it, it will be too late to make any cunning sells or buys to keep ahead of everyone else. I reckon you are better off not reading it as its just likely to make you behave like one of the herd.

I find writers in the City pages of the Telegraph on a Monday often have interesting things to say that don't get much coverage elsewhere.

I've not seen it in ages, but the personal finance section of the FT on Saturdays used to be the best around.

As an experiment why don't you look at those two for the two or three weeks after the Budget?
Free the dunston one next time too.

    Bloomberg on TV.

    .
Yes, and CNBC too,and if cost is an issue (4quid FT etc) you can get a Satellite set up (for Bloomers and CNBC) for say less than 100 quid as a one off investment.

    Can't be bad !
  • Thanks for all the replies!
