We have a neighbour who loves to cause trouble for residents and one of the pictures is of a completely different resolution and format so I assume he took the photo then used one parkings online report thing
And then they have time stamped it fraudulently
Thank you for everyones help and advice i received the internal appeal reply today and they have thrown it out

Hi sorry should have worded it better
They have approved my appeal and cancelled the ticket
Am still considering further action if they have wrongly Or illegally used or requested keeper details maybe a notice for payment of the sum of 100 reduced to 60 if paid within 14 days :rotfl:0
