UPDATE - I just rang the court, to confirm that they have received my bundle (which they have). I have also emailed a copy to the claimant.
The court confirmed receipt. Also that the claimant has yet to pay the court fee. The deadline is 4pm today.
Am I right in thinking that if they fail to pay, the case is thrown out?0 -
Yes indeedy! But these firms pay electronically and usually do proceed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
