Poppy I am sorry that you feel so alone and so ill, I do hope that you can find some real life support. I think it is a given that everyone here would try to offer virtual support and would like you to keep posting as and when you feel up to it. xx

Speky get an agent for goodness sake and make sure its an ARLA registered one My youngest DD is ARLA registered and it covers you and you know everything is safe and above board no quicker way to lose a friend and have problems which if you are miles away you cannot fix where an ARLA agent will make sure things run smoothly for you

Your flat is a major part of your life ,you wouldn't let anyone have control of your bank account or your finances and your property is just as important
