Parking ticket, zzps letter, court cost

hi,

my first ever post. So sorry if is the same as others as I just have no clue what to do and it stress me a lot.I have been doing reasearch for days now and my brain is boiling from informtions I have read...

I will start from beginning.
1. 1st letter parking charge notice through the post with phostos of car gettin in and out, overstay for 11minutes in july (premier park darlington st.cuthberts way retail park) for 100£ reduce if pay in 14days 60£. I was on holiday then and opend this letter at the same time as the reminder.
2. 2nd letter reminder which was open at the same time as the first one 100£( IGNORED)

3. 3rd letter final reminder now 115£ to pay extra cost added (IGNORED)
4.4rd letter ZZPS NOW 170£ TO PAY date FROM 8TH october
all the letters was ignored as I did some reaserch and websides advice to ignore and friend as well who has few tickets from private companys already, from the same as well said dont pay! they are scum and under the law. so I did. Now when I got ZZPS letter did deeper reaserch and I know that I shouldnt ignore them!my mistake!old post lack of attention to dates! what I have read is too late to appel. YES?? and too late to try to talk to manager of the 2 shops there (Halfords and British Red Cross) to cancel it.YES?? It is my first ever parking ticket since I move to darlington 12 years ago! I am anxcious, stress and cant focus on anything else!!!!!
dont feel that 100£ is a fair charge for overstay 11minutes especially when we reaserch the shops there.
I have read all new threads, all NEWBIES about zzps debt collector and tickets and now just need to ignor those letters from deb agencies but I am super worried then the final bill I will have to pay will be way to high to me.
my questions are:
1.what should I do next apart ignor debt letters???

2.what next when paper before court come?

3.should I preper myself is some way?
4.what are the cost of court case??

5.and who paying them?? me if I loose?or parking agency?

I have to mention that all the private parking in darlington change their notice boards to more "clearly" one still high up and some small print but defenitly much better then the previous once.

I am absolutly freaking out about that as english is not my 1st languge as well.
I am really sorry for grammar,spelling and construction mistke.
I would be greatful for some tips and advice what should I do next.

which lie and fabricate ... YOU DO NOT OWE £170 ?
Above £100 is a fake add-on

ZZPS are approved money scammers of the BPA

It's not inevitable that these scammers will take you to court, and they have only been inside one three times this year, I doubt very much if they would dare take you for 11minutes anyway

Thank you very much for replay. I will ignore zzps letters and wait what will happend next,hopely they decide not to take me to court. I will write to the 2 shops there asking to cancell this parking charge and will read those link . Thank you very much.

Depends if you win or lose.

Win, and they pay the court costs. They might have to pay some of your costs too.

Lose, and you pay them (plus whatever they are claiming against you). Costs would be £25 court filing fee, £25 court hearing fee, £50 claimant's solicitor costs (capped at £50) if they've used one. That's it!

Please give us the precise name of the parking firm, as there are a number using the term 'Premier' in their titles.

Hi , check the ticket one more time there is added 'Grace time to it ��. Looks like over stay 21 minutes. Will approach the store managers tomorrow and try to sort this out this way. I have really bad feelings that they actually would want to take me to court and it stress me even more now.
The name of the parking is 'Premier parking' nothing else and they are member of BPA.

There are three companies with a name starting Premier Park...

1) Premier Park Ltd - BPA AOS members.

2) Premier Parking Logistics - IPC AOS members.

Just bad few months and it looks like it haven't finished yet:( all the research is so confusing.. in one hand i feel very confident to not pay and ignore all of it and wait what will happend ( that will disappear
In a magic way )and on the other I am so stress that it will be so mess up and expensive..
They change the information boards not that long ago.. fallow the bpa RULES I haven't Appeal and complain just start to feel really down..
