The AET on univetsal credit is a set amount of £338 for a single person and £541 for a couple.

I was working from the calculation included in my post at #3. I hadn’t realised that DWP had published a figure - thanks for that.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    Thanks for your replies.

Found this link which provides abit more details.

    https://www.disabledviewuk.com/universal-credit-earnings-and-job-searching-requirements/

Joint claims If a claimant is part of a couple, each partner’s individual CET will be combined to form a household CET. If a household’s joint earnings meet their household CET, both claimants will be placed in the NWRR group – Working enough regime (if no lower regime applies) even if one of them has no earnings at all and their conditionality group and the work-related requirements placed on them will change, assuming they remain entitled to Universal Credit.

What's individual CET? Is it same as £338 AET?

    Thanks

CET - see the last part of my previous post at #3 which also includes my calculation of how much it is for a couple with no limiting circumstances.

You also need to look at the link provided by pmlindyloo at post #7 which has more information on how Work conditionality is modified by circumstances.

Each case depends on exact situation. Earnings of person working, age of children, caring responsibilities.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

I have asked the same thing before. I am on a bit more than minimum wage, full time but my wife doesn't work. We have 2 boys at primary school.
We are above the AET so my wife would be put into the light touch group. I think the job Centre conduct an interview on day 1 and week 8 of the claim but after that, they are left alone and not subject to sanctions.
