Copy of credit report

Me and my partner are currently trying to get an mortgage AIP. My partner has one default on her file from 2014 but this was paid off over a year ago. Our mortgage advisor has managed to find a lender for us but the lender is saying there is more adverse credit that is unpaid and will need to be paid off before the AIP is given.
My partner has no other debt so our mortgage advisor is asking for her credit report to look at to prove to the lender there is nothing else.
This is where our problem is. My partner has been trying to get a copy of her report for 3 months now but with no luck. We both registered with experian where i had the option to download and print but my partner never. She has contacted them by phone and email and has been promised on so many occasions that they will get the report to her. She even put a complaint in online but she didn't hear back.
We then moved onto equifax where she had an account previously but couldn't remember her password. She contacted them for a password reset email which they haven't sent on numerous occasions.
Then onto noddle where she managed to download the report but it was password protected! Again after contacting them on several occasions she got nowhere with them.
We then found that you could apply for your report online and it be posted to you (equifax & experian).
This has been around 6 weeks but still nothing.
Our mortgage advisor then told us to write a letter with a 2 pound postal order to ask for a copy of her report. They all claim that a report will be sent out within 7 working days of receiving the letter. The letters we sent were delivered as I had paid for signed delivery and tracked them. It has now passed 7 working days and we have heard nothing.
We really don't know what to do as our mortgage advisor has said there is nothing they can do until they can view my partners report.
Sorry for the long post and I would greatly appreciate and advice.
Thank you.

You could try the following, but be sure to cancel it before the free trial runs out:

Good luck!0 -
You have been incredibly unlucky not to be able to access the report online from all three CRA's, and then not to get the free statutory report fro two of them.
Have you tried signing up to Clearscore and Credit Club on MSE to view the report0 -
I had a similar issue when I moved to the UK. My credit file was basically non-existant so I had trouble getting access to it.
Request a statutory report from each of the three CRAs (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion). They are obliged to provide you with this data. When they are unable to identify you, they should request some sort of ID from you - push them if they do not ask for it.
Once they have identified you, they should be able to provide access to your reports. You shouldn't have trouble getting access to your reports through MSE credit club/Noddle/Clearscore after this.
If they fail to respond in a reasonable timeframe, make a formal written complaint and escalate it to the ombudsman if they fail to resolve your issue0 -

I don't think this is the issue here, as she has obviously been in the UK for a bit and has managed to get a default 4 years ago.0 -

Have you also tried to access your statutory report from TransUnion (ex CallCredit) yet? If not, then try them as they are the parent company of Noddle.
