PPI Claim

Hi
So there are three of us living in the same house. Two of them are claiming PPI. When the company who searches their records does the search, do they do it on the household or the individuals who are claiming? I’m only asking because I don’t want my details to be searched?

I assume you mean complaining rather than claiming on.When the company who searches their records does the search, do they do it on the household or the individuals who are claiming?
