BW Legal - Grounds for Harassment

BW Legal tried their usual bully-boy tactics last year to get my son, who travels with work, to pay an alleged parking fine from 2011 at a location which they failed to define for a vehicle which was insured for several people.
He put in writing that they could not assume driver identity as the alleged fine pre-dated POFA 2012. He notified them of his correct address but they continued to send demands to my address until suddenly ceasing in June of last year.

This was the date at which any debt became statute barred. He never acknowledged any debt nor made any payment so largely thought they'd finally got the hint.
However, a few weeks ago, I started getting phone calls from BW Legal on my landline (I've no idea how they got my number, it's ex-directory and TPS registered) demanding money even though I told them the person they were seeking did not live at this address.
Now I've started getting letters addressed to my son. I can only pass these on periodically when my son returns to his house so I've begun writing on them 'return to sender'.
Questions are: is this a back door method of trying to obtain a CCJ without acknowledgement? And who can I involve to put a stop to this nonsense?

A sad story ... BWLegal are wild animals who belong in a zoo

Even though this is now statute barred, it does not stop
cowboys trying their luck to scare you

BWLegal will know they cannot take you court, at least
they should do, but given the feeble rubbish we see from
    them ...... maybe they don't.

You can either treat their rubbish as rubbish or take them
to task and let others know at the same time

If I was in your position, I would write a letter as if coming
    from your son.

This letter must advise them that their claim is now
out of date and ask them to take this matter to court
    or cease immediately
Explain what they doing with obvious copies to the SRA,
Sir Geg Knight, Trading Standards and the Daily Mail
who are looking for such stories

In my book you treat sh*t with sh*t and oh boy, this wild
bunch really do belong in sewers

BWLegal and their cronies read this forum which means
on a daily basis we are teaching them their errors.

Going back to 2011, oh boy BWLegal must be very desperate

just remember that the alleged debt never goes away, but they are statute barred from making a court claim, it doesnt stop them chasing the alleged debt

perhaps a written complaint to the SRA and the ICO about them using your address, and therefore YOUR data

Write to them telling them they no longer have need to keep your data and you require them to delete it.

Tell us what they reply with.
