If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Disneyland Florida Trip
This element of the First Prize consists of one (1) seven (7) night, eight (8) day holiday package for the winner (the “Winner”) and up to three (3) companions (the “Companions”) to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The First Prize includes the following:

· Return economy air fares between a major UK international airport closest to the winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, Florida. For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner and their respective Companions shall travel at the same time and on the same routing.

· Return US airport transfers from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel via Disney’s Magical Express.
· Seven (7) nights’ accommodation in one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, to be selected by the Prize Provider.
· Four (4) x eight (8) day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun & More options.
· One (1) x Disney Gift Card with a value of $2500
The Prize excludes the following:

· Any and all UK ground transfers to and from the UK international airport.

· Any and all costs associated with passports, visa requirements and travel insurance.

· Any and all other charges and items not otherwise described above, including, but not limited to: meals, room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, local and long-distance telephone calls, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described above.

The Prize must be taken up by no later than 31st October 2019 and cannot be taken between 23rd December 2018 and 11th January 2019 (inclusive). The booking request form must be received by the Prize Provider at least 60 days prior to the requested travel dates. The Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above.

The Prize Provider will use its best endeavours to ensure availability of the dates, however all elements of the Prize are subject to the availability of the Prize Provider.

Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same accommodation.

The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6)
months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations. The arranging and payment of any necessary visa’s or ESTA’s is the responsibility of the winner.

It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that they and/or the Companions adhere to any visa entry requirements to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.
