Not that I am aware of. When I had a previous ANPR issued ticket from overstaying at South Mimms (couldn't exit the car park due to a crash on M25) they just transferred liability to me rather than pay it so hopefully they will do the same here.... I guess I cannot do any more to try and avoid them doing this unless anyone has any tips?

edit - for future reference and possible assistance of other people with this scenario would it have been better to write to them earlier rather than waiting till now to avoid any likelihood of involving the lease company? I perhaps wrongly understood it's better to wait till near the end of the period to draw out the process

yup , previous ticket was an "invoice" , it did not spout magistrates and bylaws ,
  • Is it likely once Indigo have their details that they will pester them in the hope that they will just pay and invoice me then do you think? Any suggestions on how to try and avoid this? I don't want to end up having to pay this just because someone at the lease company panics :-/

    YES

    as per newbies thread :

in the case of lease/hire , contact the parking Co as soon as possible GIVING A FULL NAME AND ADDRESS , so that they do not contact lease/hire Co who may pay this and invoice you
