Hi I am going to send off my appeal to Popla this weekend and I will again look at the templates. However, I want to ask this:
So on said day when PCN occurred I know of 2 other vehicles that parked same duration (over staying the 2 hours) for which they have received a PCN?
How do I or do I put this in my appeal as looks like I’m registered driver?

Should have said - shouldn’t - basically 2/4 cars received PCN and it’s an ANPR carpark!!!???0

Other vehicles are irrelevant to your appeal.
No such thing as 'registered driver'.

How long was the car parked for? More info. needed for sure.
