Deceptive Npower Annual Summary.

On many annual summaries, the latest being 1st Sept 2018, Npower have written to us;

“You’re already on our cheapest tariff. We’ll let you know if this changes”

On the 24th Sept 2018 Npower have again written to us;

“For more than three years, you’ve been on one of the most expensive types of energy deals”

How is that legal, to assure us with a blatantly false statement?

Even though you might have been on Npower's cheapest deal it certainly wasn't one of the cheapest deals on the market so what they've said could well be factually correct on both occasions.

I only ever look at the annual summaries to have a good laugh at what a load of !!!!!!!! they are
