That was pre Beavis. Beavis ended GPEOL. As you seem to have a thread running elsewhere then have you asked your question on that thread?

The reason ask is that many posters here post there too so you may just be duplicating the advice.

Coupon-mad (SchoolRunMum) is on the case over on PePiPoo - you won't get better advice than that @OP.

As IamEmanresu said the other day on another thread:
And as you are posting on Pepipoo too, you might want to stick to one or other. You'll not get twice the advice, only twice the confusion
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think I hear the possibility of a penny dropping. There again, probably not!

No worries, ignore them then like everyone else does if they lose at POPLA. come back if they try a court claim, and then don't go posting things on pepipoo that you then lie about in defence, as that is not the way to go!

No paying the stupid charge; the entire industry is rotten and not to be paid. IMHO they should all be made to get proper jobs or sign on.

    Thanks Coupon-mad :)
The whole POPLA journey in my opinion is a complete waste of time!! Based on my experience the Assessor clearly was uninterested in my side of the story- and did not at any stage question NPS & their greedy scheming ways-- its ludicrous!!

Is there any chance you can show us the decision, suitably redacted if course, as it helps others understand what went wrong?
