What Have You Done With The Frames?

I've been using the site this morning with no problems. All of a sudden in the last 15 mins or so, all the frames have disappeared.
Is there work going on at the site this afternoon?

Yeah, its all a bit weird - it must have been the stylesheets as all the text was in 'times new roman' - very sophisticated0
