claming for childcare ? any help ?

does anyone know wether i would be entilted to claim clidcare costs with my tax credits
My husband earns 30000 a year and i work part time earning 5000 i currently pay 32 per week for childcare but in 4 weeks time i am starting at new job working full time earing 12000 a year and paying £80 per week childcare costs will we be able to get any help with these ?
any help appriecated thanks in advance

    How many children do you have? Unless it's quite a few or they are on disability benefits probably not on that income.
  • hiya i have 2 children, i am getting confused by the ir website they dont say anything about the earnings limit
    why cant they just make it simple !

    If you go on the tax credits website and put your details into the 'do I qualify' it will tell you exactly what you will get.

    25k is usually the joint income limit for claiming help with childcare costs.
