Highview Parking cancelled PCN

Hi all,
Firstly, I want to say thank you to everyone who has contributed to the various threads - and particularly the newbies sticky - as following those instructions i had a PCN cancelled by Highview Parking.
It took a bit of time to read through and get my head around and it worked a treat but I think it worth pointing out a few things for any others looking at challenging Highview.
I clicked on the option "I was not the driver" before continuing and filling in the keeper details (they are on the PCN letter anyway so no need to worry about whether to give these details), then simply copy and pasted the relevant blue bit from the newbies thread. I did NOT attach any further evidence, photos or files of any sort. 3 hours later I received an e-mail confirming it was cancelled.
Again, thank you to everyone who has contributed to creating this and for anyone looking at challenging a PCN the information really is all there.

Well done, an excellent example of how this can be done without any direct input from a regular. :T
It's a dodgy drop down box used by a number of PPCs - care needs to be taken to check this out just before submitting as a number of them default back, without warning, to 'I was the driver'.I clicked on the option "I was not the driver" before continuingPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
