Doesn't it say at the bottom right of that letter that Zenith is a trading name of DRP?
Anyway, no-one is interested in debt collector's letters.0 -
People really need to read letters comprehensively.
It's a bit like not fully reading signage at privately operated car parks! So many fall foul. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Zenith is Debt Recovery Plus - same firm, and they are just pen pushing letter writers, not bailiffs or anything you see on TV!
Ignore them.
See post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQs thread, no need to even look at these letters. They are so 'usual' in this scam that we beg people not to start threads about them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
