    Are you sure it is a different debt collector?

    Doesn't it say at the bottom right of that letter that Zenith is a trading name of DRP?

    Anyway, no-one is interested in debt collector's letters.

    People really need to read letters comprehensively.

    It's a bit like not fully reading signage at privately operated car parks! So many fall foul.

    Zenith is Debt Recovery Plus - same firm, and they are just pen pushing letter writers, not bailiffs or anything you see on TV!

    Ignore them.

    See post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQs thread, no need to even look at these letters. They are so 'usual' in this scam that we beg people not to start threads about them.
