Replace cooker hood fan with different model?

Hi,
we have a cooker hood which, though it was very cheap, we love for it's design. However, the fan makes a horrible racket (right from the beginning). Are these fans somehow standardized, so that we could look out for a quiet fan and replace the current one?
While the fitting can probably somehow done with a little DIY and adjustments, I'm particularly wondering about the electronics (fan on/off, power 1-3).
And how to find a fan which is quiet?
Luxury problem, I know, but would still be nice to get it quieter...

It will be the motor part , you may be able to retrofit another motor in the hood if you are the handy type.
Then again mine is a good brand and still very noisyEx forum ambassador

Current Buildings Regulations (2013, part F Ventilation, see Planning Portal), specify mega air shifting and a relatively short time (30L/sec or 60L/ sec depending on position) for intermittent extract ventilation. Domestic cooker hoods are always noisy because they are working their !!!!!! off.
Alternative quieter even 'silent' kitchen extractor fans look very different, shift air slower over a longer period. May be triggered by human, certain humidity or with lights. Distance from extractor unit to grille on outside wall dictates type of extractor.
I have spent entirely too long geeking out over ventilation product specs, Building Regs, various websites to discover why my flat's original kitchen 'chimney' cooker hood made a racket/ bathroom axial fan sounded on last legs but neither ever ventilated effectively. Answer in my case is tortuous ductwork incompatible with extractor units!
AFAIK you cannot independently select innards and outer parts for cooker hoods (so sad).Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
