Sonycard - 11000 Pulsebeat Points ???

Hi

Opened one of these cards in August and used it to make one payment for my car insurance, then payed the balance in full.
Had all the info saying i am entitled to 11000 points but i cannot see them anywhere on my statement since they are not visible online/or sending them me them via letter since i have not used card since.
When i do check online the August statement shows the points i aquired for the single purchase plus an extra 2000.
I am unacle to view Sept and Oct since no tranmsactions where made.

How do i go about getting these other points, where can i check for them ?

Any ideas ?
