What’s pip then? Is that something I should look at, plus there’s esa and supplemental esa...very confusing for my little mind xx would she claim pip as well or instead of..thankyou in advance my heads fried with it all. So she wouldn’t need to wait til ssp runs out?0

PIP is totally different to ESA and UC and it's not means tested. See link in above post.What’s pip then? So pip replaces DLA and UC replaces ESA, my mum, once signed off sick, could claim UC to top up sick pay salary and maybe small reduction in council tax is that right? And apply for mobility aspect of pip? Is there a time period where she would have to wait before claiming?0 -

The time limits for PIP are contained in post number 2 by Mojisola.
There are no time limits on UC or CTR.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
