Researching for someone about to sell a bungalow. Does anyone out there have experience of a good estate agency to go with please?

Melton Premier are pretty good. Sold our house for fixed fee of £399 and they were absolutely brilliant. Good personal service too. We were purchasing a house from a family member but they also valued that for us and actively pushed suitable properties to the family member who was selling that house.
