Help regarding PCN appeal

Hi everyone,

I received a £65 PCN through the post at the end of July and appealed it onlinre. A reply was sent via email confirming that it had been received.

Since then I've by heard nothing until today when a letter came stating that as I'd not paid the fine that was due after they'd rejected my appeal I now owe £195 and if that's not paid within 14 days they will be sending baliffs round.

I genuinely received nothing after my appeal either by email or post and I don't know what to do now. Surely they have to make sure that I hear if my appeal was successful or not?

Hope you guys on here can help....

Is this a council ticket or private parking and if it is
private parking who is the PPC
  • It's a council issued PCN.

They changed the time during which cars were NOT allowed along a road from between 4am and 7pm to 24 hours by putting a sticker over the times. So the sign just read no traffic allowed.. Oh, and they stuck a camera at the end of said road to catch people like myself who'd been driving along it for years.
