Lapland UK No refunds warning!

I wanted to share a warning for people thinking of booking a day at Lapland UK in Ascot. We booked as soon as it became available too, and because we needed a certain date we knew we had to do it quickly. This unfortunately is where you can be caught out. We paid extra for cancellation cover though... Unfortunately we now cannot go... and we found out unless we die of something we did t know if when we booked we can’t get a refund. It’s too expensive to waste the money so we are really angry with them. They refuse to do anything. We are totally disgusted. To their attitude and don’t know what to do... Does anyone have any advice as to what we can do to get our money back?

They say on their website that they will change the dates for you if they have availability, have you tried that.

Are you able to sell the tickets on?

A change of date not been offered no, could ask that... Sadly it’s all personalised so unless someone with children the same names as mine want the tickets it wouldn’t be personal or magical for their children... bit stuck really and out of pocket big time...
