As I said I declared all to the solicitor dealing with my father's estate, I was prepared for the boat and account to be used as part of it, I didn't fight it at all ! Smacking, hiding, fraud ....thank you for your comments .0

If there is a contract that states you can get a refund if you leave early then you are due a refund. If there isn't then you have no rights to a refund as you have a service there whether you use it or not.
We need to know the details of the contract before you can be given further advice.

I clearly stated that ALL WAS DECLARED TO THE SOLICITOR ! I absolutely followed the solicitors requests and still do as the estate still isn't settled 30months later .0
