    As I said I declared all to the solicitor dealing with my father's estate, I was prepared for the boat and account to be used as part of it, I didn't fight it at all ! Smacking, hiding, fraud ....thank you for your comments .

    Thank you for your reply, the contract couldn't be any clearer really and in retrospect I shouldn't really have bothered everyone on here with the post !

    I'll look for the delete button before I get more abuse aimed at my late father .

    I think the abuse is more aimed at you rather than your late father. It seems YOU were fully aware of what was happening with regards to the joint account and transferring of ownership.

    I clearly stated that ALL WAS DECLARED TO THE SOLICITOR ! I absolutely followed the solicitors requests and still do as the estate still isn't settled 30months later .
