What difference does it make finding out if they are insured or not whilst standing in the road next to the wreckage?It doesn't change the accident, or what happens when you claim.A picture of the driver on your dash cam footage, and the name & address of a few witnesses will be more use.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
