Vodafone screwing around with my credit report entry!!

Have not been a customer with vodafone for a single month. Ordered telephone, subsequently cancelled before it was connected within the 14 day cooling off period (existing ISP/phone provider price matched VF promotional offer, so cancelled the switch to save the hassle).
Vodafone have now made entries to my credit report for the last 7 months now, still open and they'll probably keep on making credit report entries.
I am regularly invoiced £0.00 invoice each month. I have contacted them twice and both times they told me they'll sort it and it still has not been sorted.
I am posted here hoping their social media account bots will pick this up and get me an email contact with someone who can help. I cannot be bothered to get on the phone with them any more. Their call centre workers cannot even grasp the concept of me not being a customer of theirs. Let alone fix this.
Is there an oftel complaint thing I can do?

The entries aren't anything bad, it's marked as paid. But it's a nuisance as it can affect my success with a mobile phone or landline contract if I choose to get one. Heaven knows what happens if I want to get a vodafone contract.0

No you need to wait for Vodafone to respond, then raise an official complaint, and if not resolved request a deadlock letter then you can look to contact the Ombudsman0

I'd just leave it if it's for £0.00, it's not hurting anybody. If it's marked as paid it might even help your credit file...
As a previous call centre worker, as you're not a customer they probably can't find you on the system as you're not a customer, thusly they can't do data protection, thusly their hands are tied and they can't help as they want to keep their jobs...

Give it long enough an OP will probably start getting hassled for not paying the £0.00
Try one last time, posting on their twitter account0 -

Shorty after posting the rant above. I found their complaint form and sent it over. The directors office has responded and said they have asked a specialist team to respond/deal with within 48 hours.0

just saw another thread on this, and it seems to be a common problem. I wonder if this is a concerted effort to pad out their customer count? To make themselves look better in the eyes of shareholders. Without the credit report entries, you really wouldn't have had a clue that you still have an account with them.0
