Someone I know has received a letter stating that his bank accounts with the bank are going to be closed within 2 months. He has a credit card with them with debt of 700 pounds. Maybe try opening an account with Monzo / Starling. They seem pretty straight forward and easy set up. Would save any potential embarrassment / awkwardness if there was anything with cifas as not branch based.

As others said with them giving 60 days notice it’s most unlikely being closed due to cifas but it’s almost certainly worth double checking.
