Hi all, Just writing this thread as it may be useful to some, like myself, that have received a ridiculous PCN for a parking breach in a store car park and don't have a legitimate reason to appeal. Firstly thanks to all previous contributors, as that gave me some very useful information, particularly in the Newbies thread.…

Very true. I am gifted with two 'invisible' progressive conditions. I don't need a blue badge yet but some days I can stride into the supermarket but getting back to the car may be more of a challenge. At some point I probably will qualify for a blue badge but I'm hoping I'll still have good days. Or good half hours.
