Hot Tub left behind

After all your advice I still didn't really know if I stood a chance legally but I have threatened to sell the hot tub if nothing happens within the next 14 days (quoting that the property was sold with vacant possession and that we were legally entitled to sell it) and it looks like the threat has paid off as they are getting organised to remove it now.
A big thank you to all who have contributed positively.0 -
Is there an obvious exit big enough to remove it?
Ours didn't fit through the gate without (minor) damage.
Just suggesting that if not you might want to be there when they remove to monitor any damage to your gate way.0 -

So given they do apparently want it, it' seems they've had the bare faced cheek to use your garden as a storage facility until they are ready to take it. Too late now but in retrospect would have been nice to wind them up by saying that as it had been left behind you assumed they didn't want it and so had sold it.0 -
It's very easy to get carried away and see the bad in people, when actually the great majority of people are quite nice but just struggling to do some things we take for granted.
There is no denying they used our garden as storage facility, but it's going now, so all is well :T0 -
When our neighbours moved out they had to have a dirty great crane lift theirs over the roof of the house onto a lorry trailer.I am a mortgage broker.
