Hello,

Please help me and save my sanity!

If I send a Word attachment and the person replies by click the reply icon then the document that I sent shows up as a little pink box with the label image001.png attachment.

Also if someone send me an email with an attachment very often it is the same little pink box with the label image001.png attachment.

It happens with Yahoo mail but not with GMail BUT I don't want to move everything to Gmail.

Is there a button I can click or a default I can select that will let be see the attachment instead of the pink box?

Even if I download rather than click preview, it is the little pink box that downloads!

png is an image, not a Word document. Sometimes if the signature in the message has pictures, they show as 'attachments' in the email.
Also, when you reply to an email with attachments, the attachments are not normally included in the reply unless you manually select them.
You can try and send yourself a Word document and then see what happens.
