How can I set up direct debits for cashback?

I don't have any spare direct debits to use for my Halifax Reward and a couple of other accounts either.
I need a minimum of two and have previously used Unicef for £1 and I think a dd to my Tesco savings account but I can't be sure as it was a while ago and for some reason, its not showing now.
I can't think of any other way to set one up, any ideas?
