Hello guys, please help my with this problem. First of all I want to say sorry if I'll make some mistake in writing.
So,few days ago I checked my credit score and it was extremely low, from last time when I had about 800 now I have 509,so,I checked deeper and I found this " You have a CCJ, IVA or Bankruptcy record that is 3 months old." So,this is a PCN from 21 Nov 2017,in Swadlincote Lidl, but, the thing is that I recived the letter on my last address with I moved from 07 Oct 2017,and in the same period I made a car finance so I've told to the guys that I'll move in few days and they said that they will send the V5 on my new address, but that doesn't happend so because I had no experience with this documents I forgot about V5 and I never recived it,so nowzi have to pay 345 pounds for that charge, but even if I pay it the situation will remain in my credit check for at least 6 yeara( if I pay this will be satisfy but still) so,what so you think will be the best option? I have a chance to win if I'll make a set aside? My financial statement isn't so good so I can't lose money right now...thank for help .

Hi and welcome.
Have you used your real name as your forum username?
Then your really should ask MSE to change it to something totally anonymous.
To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
then have a read though the newbies thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyouhttp://
do searches for 'set aside'
after researching you will need to supply a little more detail for forum members to say as to the likelihood of winning
