HELP! BW Legal / Parking Awareness Court Claim

I told you what I would send back and who I would copy in, but it's up to you. I wouldn't let this lie. For a DDJ to just wave through applications to un-stay two year old claims that they MUST know involve a rogue industry, cannot happen again.
No-one said it was the CCBC's job to check addresses. It's not, it's the Claimant's job, but if the CCBC just un-stay parking cases years later then they know people are likely to have moved. The DDJ could have ordered that the Claimant provide evidence of having checked the current status of all the Defendants' addresses, before he lifted the stays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

after all it was only by sheer luck that I got hold of the DQ in time because I did genuinely move house in the last 2 years and everything was being sent to my old address - surely their is something in that as well with regards to GDPR I need to check this as they don’t have consent to using/holding personal data.
