Hi All,
I have submitted a lengthy POPLA appeal that covered the following:
Grace Periods,
Inadequate Signage
No evidence to say the keeper is the driver
No evidence of land owner authority
No evidence of period parked
ANPR not reliable
Vehicle images are non compliant to BPA code of practice
and MET parking have responded to my appeal point for point and have provided evidence of their own. E.g a layout of the signs, images of the signs, a letter of authority from an agent of the landowner ect.
It says I have 7 days to provide comment on this.
What am I meant to comment on and how?
Or should I just leave my appeal as is?
