UKPS noticed to keeper received

Hi
I think I may have messed up, as I was parked on 8 August in the car park managed by UKPS. Unfortunately when I received the notification, I wrote to them in hardcopy via Royal mail. Mistake?
I have now received A notice to keeper on 16th September 2018, but this was dated the 12th of September 2018. Interestingly, the PCM was issued on 15 August, so does the fact that I received the notice to keeper one month after 15 August have any bearing.
Today, 12th of October, I have received a get recovery letter from debt recovery plus based at PO Box 411 DulkingField SK14 9DD.
My intention in line with Formum advice is to simply tell them to refer back to UKPS
I suppose my questions our
Have I missed this potential appeal up?
Is the notice to keeper valid as it appears that it was over a month from the PCN?
Should I tell debt recovery plus to simply refer the matter back to UKPS
I will attempt to attach the documentation below
thanks in advance

Delete and redact the PCN number from your letter, the NTK, and the DRP ref No!
You should edit your post to remove any information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper who are two different people.
To me it looks like the PCN sent on the August the 15th was the NTK, and therefore the one you received in September was a reminder. Either that or they realised the NTK from the 15th was sent too soon.
However, the NTK of the 15th says "We recently issued Parking Charge Notice (PCN) XXXXXXX to your vehicle because on 08/08/2018 … This implies a NTD/windscreen ticket was issued meaning that the NTK is too early to transfer liability to The Keeper.
This is backed up later where they say, "An opportunity was offered in which the reduced amount of £60 would have been accepted if payment was made within 14 days of the issue date."
This quite clearly states that "something" had previously been issued, and the only reference they make is "to your vehicle," not to the keeper, so the implication must be that a NTD was issued.
I've had a look at the letter and it is possibly vague enough that it doesn't reveal the driver's identity. In my opinion it's a close thing and a judge could interpret it differently, even though you start by saying it is from The Keeper.I married my cousin. Links redacted as suggested. I looked at letter an used advised one intentionally not to reveal driver. Cant establish landowner but car park is split in 2. one side you buy a ticket and the otherr you need a permit. confusing!. will ignore debt collection letters and just sit tight. is the tteh correct approach?0

ok I have now received another letter stating notice of intended court action. the letter further down states they will refer back to client and advise taking me to court. I presume this isn't part of the legal process and I should just ignore?

That's a debt collectors letter - ignore.
The clue is they're asking you to pay Debt Recovery Plus.
Btw... no need to post dead links. You have now been here long enough to post live links.0 -

Zenith is another part of DRPL , so same company, different desk
they are acting as debt collectors for the PPC, and the alleged debt REMAINS with that PPC, no selling has taken place

No need to report debt collector's letters.
The guidance on dealing with them remains unchanged, and if it were to change it would be reflected in post #4 of the NEWBIES thread.0
