Depends on a lot of variables - skill, experience etc, but I would say £150 per day or £120 per day mate's rates, that would cover jobs needing good carpentry, plastering and brikkie, plus a bit of plumbing/electrics.
This was 2017 and seems a bit lower, taking into account a 10 hour day.

Sorry I’m talking about COMPLETELY unskilled, no experience. Just labouring to begin with, being the general dogsbody etc.0

I would say whatever the minimum wage per hour is at the moment.0

If the OP is totally unskilled, then why not go self employed doing gardening. I know someone who does that and charges £10 per hour.0

You would be looking at between £10 and £13 if working via agencies.
Might be worth sticking a post on facebook selling pages asking for work with local builders,if and when you do get taken on,show an interest and you'll do well.
Worked for a site agent on a Taylor whimpey site...he started as a labourer..then assistant and finally Agent...can be done if you work hard.0 -

OP I run a property maintenance company.
For general labourers (humping and dumping I pay £60 - £70 a day. For labourers with some skill (but unqualified) I pay £80 -£90 / dayEat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
Thank you Phil0
