I have received a NTK from Euro car parks. I have initially appealed to euro car parks on line using your blue template from newbies. I expect this will be refused, so I am starting collecting evidence for a later appeal to POPLA. One interesting point is that the car park that the parking charge relates to in not next the M&S store that the NTK claims it relates to. The car park is approx 100 metres away as the M&S store is in a high street pedestrian location. The address stated, that the car was parked on the NTK states High street, its impossible to park on high street as its a pedestrian area with no cars. The actual Car park is in fact on a different street and i suspect has a different address to the one on the NTK.
Would be greatful for view on this.

Might help to check the exact name of the car park before compiling the appeal though, just in case.

Whilst it is worth mentioning, you shouldn't rely on it as a winning point. Use is along with all the template points from post 3 of the NEWBIES that you can.
