The experience should last around 3 hours. Travel allowance is provided to the maximum value of £100 GBP; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available; prize is subject to availability; prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2018– 2nd January 2019 (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and must be booked and completed within that time frame; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; at least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; the prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize;

The space flight experience is only available Monday-Friday and is for winner only with one spectator invited to watch crew room and airfield, the minimum age is 12 years old, the weight limit is 17 stone (108kg), the minimum height 5ft, the maximum height 6ft 5“, other restrictions apply and will be advised at time of booking; if the stated activity is unavailable over winner’s preferred travel dates then alternative activities of equal value will be offered by prize provider; if winner chooses to forfeit any of the stated activities then no alternative activities will be provided.
