Potential Mould on Lino Floor

We have lino-type flooring in our bathroom where recently dark marks have appeared on it. They almost look like scuff marks. Having googled it, I think it could be black mould.
When we took the old floor up there was mould underneath it, however, we treated this and sealed the floor before laying new flooring, so it should have been protected.
I've tried cleaning it with a few different methods - mould cleaner, bleach, steam cleaner, white vinegar & baking soda, but nothing has budged it.
The next step is to take the lino back up but I don't want to do this without knowing for sure there is mould underneath and it absolutely needs to come up.
Is there anyway to tell for sure what these marks are and/or is there any professional who would be able to tell? For example, would a floor fitter be able to tell or would I need someone who specialises in removing mould . . . is that even a thing?
