  • Thanks all,

I think I have got some pretty good points in regard to the signage too, although I could't figure out a way of posting my PDF version with photos.

I assume even if I do receive my NTK within the 56 days I have to amend the wording and will have a lower chance of winning the appeal, the 56 days seem to be taking an age!

I did read a news story the other day suggesting that the number of DVLA records that private parking firms were requesting had hit new records which suggests they are not all just giving up.

    Regards

Yes you would need to amend your appeal wording if you are unlucky enough to get a NTK before day 56.

Newbies can't post links or pictures, but you just need to ensure your images are embedded in the pdf rather than links. That way the assessor is forced to look at them.

As for the DVLA figures, these have been rising year on year for many years now.

No, it just suggests they are all jumping on the bandwagon and getting what we would consider to be a 'criminal' amount of data, sold by the DVLA (with no consumer opt out allowed) to an industry that includes BPA and IPC members with known criminal records.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
