unfortunately for the OP, its not PE , its ONE PARKING,a different company
but they are a BPA member too, so same issues , same appeals etc0 -

I have spoken to the driver and he is saying he is not in the wrong as there wasn't any clearly displayed signs in the area. But seeing as I am the registered keeper they will come after me in 29days unless I name the driver. Which I am not keen on doing as I am not a grass lol. But I will do as I don't want the hassle. Also how come these people don't have to send those pcm by signed for delivery? As we do get a lot of post not turning up and it does bug me that if this one had not turned up. I would be the one they would be coming after with God knows what other charges they would add on!0
