Euro Car Parks are only allowed to get keeper information from the DVLA once per incident. They did that before you updated the DVLA with your new address.

DRP have no right at all to go to the DVLA for info. They can only rely on info passed to them by the parking company.

The letter states they took someone to court and charged wthem over £20,000 for ignoring the parking fine. I'm scared!! And why didnt DRP sent the letter to my new address?

They refer to a case in Scotland where the lady picked up
many tickets but she said SHE WAS THE DRIVER.

And the idiots forgot to tell you it was VCS parking company

So I shouldn't be worrying? It's the wording of the letter so threatening. I parked there 3 days in a row and only have 1, strange ��
