And why didnt DRP sent the letter to my new address?
Euro Car Parks are only allowed to get keeper information from the DVLA once per incident. They did that before you updated the DVLA with your new address.

DRP have no right at all to go to the DVLA for info. They can only rely on info passed to them by the parking company.

Take no notice of the vermin ... POWERLESS IDIOTS

The letter states they took someone to court and charged wthem over £20,000 for ignoring the parking fine. I'm scared!! And why didnt DRP sent the letter to my new address?

What a load of old rubbish, these retards can do nothing

THEY LIE ... They cannot take people to court and they
did not ...... IGNORE THESE RETARDS
They refer to a case in Scotland where the lady picked up
many tickets but she said SHE WAS THE DRIVER.

And the idiots forgot to tell you it was VCS parking company
that did that .... NOT THE STUPID DRP

But, they are members of the BPA so you should tell
Steve Clark of the BPA >>> steve.c@britishparking.co.uk

You need to know why one of his members is trying to
extort money from you with lies and fabrications ???

Let us know what he says.

In the meantime, don't be scared of this rabble they spout
verbal diarrhoea and can do nothing, just unruly children
    at play

    Hey guys.

Looking for advice on this. Back in August I parked at asda car park, just outside my work. I did know of the euro car park rules but I was in a hurry, late for work and held up in meetings so I overstayed by 2 hours. I know a lot of people who say do not pay them if you get a fine as they don't have the right. Is this true? I received a parking fine for £30. That letter went to my old house (my mother's house). I wasn't living there as I had just moved and hadn't updated my log book. Now it's updated and has been for a while, and my mum gave me another letter. This time sent by DRP, threatening me with court. They want £130 by October 24th. Do I act on it or just leave it? The letter states they took someone to court and charged wthem over £20,000 for ignoring the parking fine. I'm scared!! And why didnt DRP sent the letter to my new address?
  • So I shouldn't be worrying? It's the wording of the letter so threatening. I parked there 3 days in a row and only have 1, strange

My crystal ball is working well. In Scotland ignore them. Simples.
