What is the best type of decking please folks, any recommendations?

    That's what I got this year after ripping decking out constant yearly maintenance even then it never looked good for long


    I went for Indian sandstone and its got a sealer on it

    Not wanting to hijack the thread, but may I ask what sealer you used? We had Indian sandstone laid this year and despite asking the landscapers several times what is best to seal it with, I've had no response.

    Probably the recycled plastic stuff. At least that is being environmentally useful



    Most wooden decking needs frequent maintenance or it becomes unsightly and/or lethally slippery. When I had some, I had to cover it with rabbit netting before it injured someone.

    Pain to maintain and slippery in the winter.
